• I belonged to the pioneering batches in the West Care Billing of Comcast. My work involved taking care of our customers’ billing and technical concerns – covering cable and phone services. In 2020, I became a Universal Agent covering Billing-Retention, Home Security and Mobile Services.

As an intern in a distribution company, I helped with filing, document organization, and administrative supports. Assisted in monitoring and recording inventory movements.
