Project: The Fountain Grove-, 24 hectare Mid Class Subdivision at Talisay City Negros Occidental

- Conducting Daily Site Inspection, ensuring that the contractors are using materials indicated on the Specifications and execute the construction with proper workmanship and in accordance to plan.
- Coordination Meeting with the Contractors every other week
- Punchlists the completed housing units with the Contractor
- In charge of Homeowner Acceptance turn-over
- Assist Homeowner when they Visit their unit.
- Conduct meeting with the homeowner and the contractor in case of request for house modification.
- Preparing Lot Plan for Survey of Monuments prior to the Start of Construction Lay-out
- In charge of Contractor's Billing Assessment and Time Extension Evaluation
- In Charge of Witnessing Concrete and Tensile Test for Billing attachments
- Prepare weekly construction accomplishment report
- In Charge of Billing Evaluation / Certificate of Completion and Certificate of Final Acceptance Approval

- In charge of conducting technical meeting with the homeowners, his or her Architect & Contractor regarding the Deed of restrictions, Design & Construction Guidelines and other requirements when applying for house
construction
- Site Supervision & Citing Construction violations (bond deductibles) ensuring that all the construction site
inside the Village is in line with the Village Rules.
- Preparing proposals for Village modifications and enhancements
- In Charge of preparing Village Circulars
- Assist Homeowners /Answering Inquiries regarding Construction Application requirements and etc.
- Coordinating with the Village Board of Directors regarding the Construction updates and Village Project
Proposal, Attending the Monthly Board Meeting and preparing of the Minutes of the Meeting.
- In charge of evaluating and approving the proposed plans of the homeowners
