  • Ensuring timely and proper STP operation, maintenance, report to meet DENR/LLDA general effluent standard, emission standard and other related standards
  • Handle the day to day operations of the Mall ensuring that highest quality standards is being done in order to meet all tenant and customer requirements

  • Maintain high-quality property standards through daily checks and periodic preventive maintenance (cleanliness, AC level, lighting, assets & equipment) and security control for mall premises including parking, service areas, toilets and other common areas
  • Coordinate with different department regarding major concerns like Marketing (for Mall Activities and Events), Leasing, and Engineering etc
  • Initiate cost-cutting measures and programs that will help in controlling/lowering the Mall's Operating Expenses.
