Maintain high-quality property standards through daily checks and periodic preventive maintenance (cleanliness, AC level, lighting, assets & equipment) and security control for mall premises including parking, service areas, toilets and other common areas
Coordinate with different department regarding major concerns like Marketing (for Mall Activities and Events), Leasing, and Engineering etc
Initiate cost-cutting measures and programs that will help in controlling/lowering the Mall's Operating Expenses.
