• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on farm electrical systems, process controllers, and related equipment to ensure efficient operation and longevity
• Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical wiring, fixtures, appliances, and apparatus using hand and power tools
• Diagnose malfunctions in equipment and systems using testing tools like mega-ohmmeters and voltmeters, then resolve breakdown issues
• Connect wiring to circuit breakers, transformers, and other electrical components
• Inspect electrical systems to identify hazards or defects and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Test circuit continuity and safety, ensuring all installations are compatible and secure
• Install grounding leads and power cables to motors and other equipment
• Run conduit and cable through partitions and walls to complete electrical circuits
• Be on-call during off-hours to attend to electrical emergencies and maintain equipment readiness
• Support multiple farm sites (e.g., Nursery Farm, Breeder Farm, Growfin) with electrical repairs and maintenance.

• Develop and manage project schedules, including resource forecasting (manpower, materials, tools).
• Liaise with clients, internal departments, and subcontractors to ensure project scope and deliverables are aligned.
• Handle technical coordination including scope verification, design interpretation, and deliverables alignment.
• Perform site surveys and interpret technical plans or drawings.
• Supervise installations of structured cabling, CCTV systems, ensuring work is completed accurately and according to standards.
• Act as point of contact for technical queries from installation teams or clients.
