Design And Review

- Conduct Electrical Design Analysis proving that Cable Sizing, Over Current Protective Device Calculation, Short Circuit Calculation including Transformer Sizing and Percent Loading to prove the Electrical Design is compliant and in accordance to IEC and PEC Standards
- Conduct Power Quality Analysis by getting to know the equipment’s, understanding the Plant or Project Site, ensuring the availability of tools and equipment for the analysis (Thermal Scanner, Megger, Insulation Resistance Tester). Conduct proper risk assessment, carry out safety checks including the application of LOTO - lock out tag out as needed, wearing the right PPE, doing basic theory application and focus on improper wiring, incorrect grounding, unbalanced loads are as such leading to sign and seal once corrected to obtain the Permit to Operate from LGU and PEZA.
Procurement And Engineering Management
- Work hand in hand along with QS Manager and Energy Manager to ensure proper Technical Specification of OSM’s - Owner Supplied Materials are compatible with the existing electrical parameters of the plant.
- Ensure the contracts between the OSM Supplier including the logistics partner has no gap or gray area between the contractor on site.
- Ensure the insurance and equipment warranty includes the material handling, hauling - in and unloading of the equipment to the equipment plinth on site
- Work hand in hand with the Business Development Manager, Key Account Manager, QS Manager and Energy Manager to ensure all aspects of the projects pertaining to the design shall align with the Scope of Work and Terms of Reference in the establishment of the Project Capex
- Collaborate with the Business Development Manager, Key Account Manager, QS Manager and Energy Manager to ensure the allotment of contingency in the budgeted Capex.
- Work hand in hand with the Business Development Manager and Operations Manager in determination of the early on boarding of the Operations Team once the Project is already start the T&C of the Project and to ensure other Operational Improvement arises during the course of the project that is not pre-determined during the formulation of Capex shall be accommodated and included in the Opex.
- Skilled in verbal or written communications and at ease working with cross-functional teams of multi-cultural background, Open minded and works with minimum or no supervision required
