- Work like an external central coordinating team member and make close coordination between field and the central operational team.
- Monitor and identify all kinds of lapses, violations, deficit, irregularities in the field, especially in the whole system.
- Identify the risk factor of the operational activities and report to the management to secure the company from all kinds if incident, loses.
- Be involved in all policy making/improvement of activities.
- Coordinate with HO operational team; participate on the monthly meeting in order to improve the policy and ensure its proper execution.
- Branch performance analysis: group wise, DO wise, day wise, productivity analysis.
- Branch monitoring: In every trip, visit 2-3 branches to monitor: and minimum of 10 branches to monitor in each month with minimum of six (6) overnight stay in different division.
- Reporting/Action Taken: OMM should provide a copy of the report to respective DM/RM after his branch monitoring and should cover the methodology, policy, data analysis, delinquency analysis, instruction on how and what action to take. the guideline needed for implementation, etc. Likewise, report: a) from DO up to RM- furnish copy to DM for execution; b) DM to Head Office Dept. to HO Operation Team member; C) All report must be sent to HO Operation Team (respective member) or to the President in case of exceptional issue.
- Ensure that circulars and memos are received properly and in timely; discuss also and explain the new circular/policies and the implementing methodology with the subordinate staffs during monitoring.
- Identify the staff with weak corner and notify respective supervisor to improve the staff: to also notify supervisor for action in case of staff shortage or excess, observe the ratio of male and female staff, senior and junior staff, same areas staff, relatives, unethical relationship among the staffs. Likewise motivate and inspire the staff, enhance team spirit, etc.
- During branch visit, emphasize the implementation of AMBS, tablet, biometric, internet system, banking services and to also look after the office environment, attitude of supervisors, etc. and include these in the report.
- Monitor the branch expansion as per plan, new area/branch selection, monitor securing all the required permits and license and its renewal on time: ensure those documents are displayed and keep safe properly; check bank signatory and make follow up for the bank signatory on time.
- OMM will collect the TL report from the DMs and after checking and including his own major findings, submit to HO Operation Team.
- OMM should provide feedback reports to respective DM/RM after its branch monitoring and should cover the methodology, policy, data analysis, delinquency analysis, instructions on how and what action to take, the guidelines needed for implementation, etc.
- OMM is responsible for taking the initiative to prepare the calamity incident report immediately with pictures and guide the DMs about further actions needed.
- OMM to sign as approve (post-approval) the DMs bill voucher and monitoring allowance after checking it during their regular visit.
- Prepare required and needed report regularly on a monthly basis and as needed.
