- Ensuring Timely preparation of Purchase Request and coordinate with procurement for timely processing of materials and services.


6. Admin Support / Document Controller Custodian (DCC)

- Act as Document Controller Custodian (DCC), managing the control, distribution, and safe keeping of controlled documents in line with ISO and company standards.
- Maintain records of revisions, ensure documents are up-to-date, and facilitate document retrieval as needed.
- Provide administrative support to operations, including correspondence, filing, and report preparation.

- Creation of closed work orders for contractors from CSMD's recommendation


8. Safety and Compliance Support

- Support the organization in fostering a culture of safety by ensuring contractor safety compliance, promoting adherence to safety guidelines, and participating in safety campaigns and Implementation of Behavior-Based Safety (BBS) Reporting
