I've been in the banking industry for almost 21 years. Eight years in branch operations and nearly 13 years in payments and digital banking services/platforms.


Managed the issuing business of the bank and act as a product manager, which also handles the development and implementation of scheme debit and prepaid card products, including the relationship with the schemes and strategic partners.


Supervised five teams with a total of 21 staff members.


Project Manager of the Automated Fare Collection System, an open-loop transit system in partnership with the scheme and the Department of Transportation and the Acquiring (Card Present) Project of the bank.
