Oversee Performance Management Program for all branch personnel in the BOR and provide input for evaluation of contracted personnel such as Security Guard and Foremen. Ensure safe keeping of important legal documents and valuables. Conduct surprise and regular audit visits, acting as first line auditor to ensure fraud free operations. Convey and monitor compliance of directives and policies to branch employees.
