I am a recent graduate of a Bachelor Science in Psychology and have a solid academic background in Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior. My studies have provided me a sound knowledge of how human beings act and behave, how they are motivated, how teams work, and the psychological principles which fuel employee behavior and output.
In addition to my educational experience, I have more than 2 years of practical experience in customer service where I would also develop many of the soft skills required in HR practice, including communication, conflict resolution, and emotional intelligence which would all be directly applicable to HR practices like employee relations, talent acquisition, and training, and development.
I love working with positive work atmosphere and I like to encourage personal and corporate development. Going hand in hand with my experience in customer relations plus my educational background in psychology, I am now seeking out chances within the Human Resources to ensure that my skills would be used to help create a more collaborative, streamlined and people friendly work environment.
