• Project Site Visit for Data Saturation 2023-2024
• 2100 properties visited and assessed from November to December 2023. 6011 properties visited and assessed in the year of 2024.
• Visit ,inspection and assessment of the properties ( Lot or with structure ) of its feasibility to be renovate and constructability in line with the budget for a low cost housing that is affordable to the minimum wager.
• Identifying potential problems that could arise during construction and preventing it using technical studies such survey works, soil
  investigation, design, etc.
• To negotiate, make contract, and award projects to contractors for technical studies needed prior to full acquisition of the property.
• Identifying additional cost of the property such as backfilling, encroachments, sloping topography, soil condition, accessibility etc.
• Constant coordination with the Acquisition Department for the properties to be bought such as estimates, technical queries, etc.
• Technology enabled system used for individual site visits in coordination with the partner contractors per area.
• Processing the billing of the contractors.
• System/Process Development - Give feedback and suggest improvements to the companies In-house application ( Contractors Application, CRM, and Cornerstone ).
• Establishing site visit process using our In-house Application.

• Support the commercial team in providing graphs for productivity per activities, cost to complete, contract valuation in line with BOQ budget.
