• As Cutover Manager, responsible for creating and maintaining of detailed integrated cutover project plan from inception, execution, and post-implementation. Ensure seamless transition of systems by managing cutover processes, conducting dress rehearsals, and ensuring minimal disruption to business operations during system implementations. Work closely with various teams including digital, right order, dependencies, changes, and communications to coordinate efforts and mitigate risks associated with cutover activities.
