Operates a 20 ton/hour limestone crushing facility.

Maintains site cleanliness, and performs general labor activities. Check the stockpile to ensure product quality and mix materials to the desired consistency.

Prepare limestone material with a pulverizer or hammer as needed. Perform daily log sheet monitoring and checking on conveyors, screen deck and crusher box.

Report crusher issues, problems and parts that need to be replaced by the supervisor in a timely manner.

Feeding and Operating the Crusher.

Monitor the plant to ensure that it is running safely, and production is continuous.

Listen to unusual sounds that may cause a stoppage in the operation. Adjust crusher settings to optimize performance and gradation. Collect material samples for laboratory testing.

Maintain strong communications with ground labor to ensure efficient and safe workflow.

Complete all necessary daily paperwork. It may include, but not limited to, daily logs, vehicle inspection logs, hours of service, etc.

Remove build up from under or around crushers and belt lines. Inspects belt scale, daily cleaning & record scale readings.

Shut down equipment as required in the event of an emergency, blockage or end of shift.

Ensure nobody enters the safety perimeter while operating the crusher facility plant.

Conduct line checking before and after an operation to prevent any delays.

Limestone material is estimated in the stockyard for inventory. Conduct inspection of crusher equipment.

Make an adjustment to the crusher hammer to make sure that none will exceed 10mm diameter.
