I have 3+ years of customer service experience. I have worked with well-known names such as Capital One, Sprint, and T-mobile. The experience I obtained through thousands of phone calls taught me to acquire the patience and the right demeanor to engage our beloved clients over the phone. Regardless if it's a granny who can't find where to toggle the WIFI function on her phone. I am more than excited to share my skills and knowledge with the team that I am working with, and vice versa I would also take new learnings from other people.
Most of the interviews that I dealt with usually ask me why I chose the customer service industry. My answer is simple. I like talking to people and I strongly believe that customer service is the bedrock of a company. They are the unsung heroes.
Customer Service
The three things that I can say is embedded in my systems are Music, Movies and Video Games (especially games). I grew up with a pretty big family who happen to have a pretty diverse set of hobbies. Back when I was a kid I used to wake up on some country rock music which my dad jams to every morning. My Aunts on the other hand, let me join them in the cinemas every weekend hence, my liking to movies. And of course I have that one Uncle who is dead serious with his video games, especially Super Mario bros. I spent a lot more time with my gamer uncle and that is why my inner gamer was awakened. I can't imagine my life with out video games. But unfortunately we are not that well-off to get the latest consoles and games to I often go to rental stations which I pay with my hard earned money selling food that my grandma make.
