• CTL_03 RPA Digitizing non-SWIFT Bond Statements: Bond statements are provided by banks in various formats and styles. The team must set up multiple approaches to extract key information from these statements into IntelliMatch. RPA ensures timely and efficient reconciliation and recording of PDF statements, reducing human errors.

• CTL_04 RPA Oracle SL vs GL Reconciliation: This project automates the monthly and daily Oracle GL vs. SL reconciliation of 10 CTL processes as part of Phase 1.

• CTL_05 RPA Oracle vs Non-Oracle Reconciliation: The project automates the monthly and daily Oracle GL reconciliation with other non-Oracle applications such as IDS, iFirst, LIQ, CLASS, PFMS, etc.

• DOC_01 RPA Disclosure Documents Cover Page Review: The DOC processes a high volume of disclosure requests annually, with an increasing number of returned requests impacting disclosure timelines. Most returns are due to the need to revise information or elements on the cover page.

• TRS_01 RPA Creation of MT910 Receipt Records: This initiative automates the handling and processing of 400-900 SWIFT messages per day for managing loan service payments (LSPs). It reduces dependency on key personnel to complete the process within the daily timeframe and allows staff to focus on other critical work. The bot also monitors the arrival of SWIFT messages, which can arrive at any time.

• TRS_02 RPA Security Price Checking: Security prices are automatically extracted from various sources and imported into the IFIRST system daily. The Treasury Data Management team validates these prices by comparing them with manually generated IFIRST reports against the respective sources’ platforms, such as Bloomberg terminal. The project focuses on prices that move beyond a certain threshold and potentially stale prices from the previous day’s closing price. It automates the process to quickly identify inaccurate, inconsistent, or missing data, triggering manual intervention if required, and enables staff to focus on following up on identified discrepancies.
