• TRS_01 RPA Creation of MT910 Receipt Records: This initiative automates the handling and processing of 400-900 SWIFT messages per day for managing loan service payments (LSPs). It reduces dependency on key personnel to complete the process within the daily timeframe and allows staff to focus on other critical work. The bot also monitors the arrival of SWIFT messages, which can arrive at any time.
• TRS_02 RPA Security Price Checking: Security prices are automatically extracted from various sources and imported into the IFIRST system daily. The Treasury Data Management team validates these prices by comparing them with manually generated IFIRST reports against the respective sources’ platforms, such as Bloomberg terminal. The project focuses on prices that move beyond a certain threshold and potentially stale prices from the previous day’s closing price. It automates the process to quickly identify inaccurate, inconsistent, or missing data, triggering manual intervention if required, and enables staff to focus on following up on identified discrepancies.
