• Responsible for timely creation and issuance of invoices to clients/customers, in accordance with agreed contractual terms and internal company standards.
• Responsible for accuracy, completeness and timely recording of issued client invoices and payment applications.
• Reconcile bank statement(s) with cash general ledger.
• Maintain client records within NetSuite, and deal with/resolve related queries and discrepancies.
• Investigate and resolve credits on customer accounts.
• Responsible for tracking and resolving client queries and concerns.
• Initiate, follows-up and escalate collection efforts (via emails and calls), in accordance with defined company policies and procedures.
• Maintain an accurate aging report and other related accounts receivable control reports.
• Conducts account research and analysis.
• Internally liaisons with relevant business departments.
• Assists in monthly closing, manual filing and backups maintenance.
• Support management in the identification, development and implementation of workflow or process improvements.
• Participate in special projects or activities, as necessary to accomplish finance team’s objectives.

General Accounting for GrowthOps Australia Pty Ltd.

• Responsible for accuracy, completeness and timely recognition, accrual, and reversal of Market Research revenue and third-party costs.

Accounts Payable Shared Service for Five Entities:

1. Asia Pacific Digital – Manila

2. GrowthOps Australia Pty Ltd. (Melbourne)

3. GrowthOps Australia Pty Ltd. (Sydney - Headquarters)

4. GrowthOps Pte. Ltd. (Singapore)

5. GrowthOps New Zealand Ltd.

• Process accounts payable documents (e.g. vendor bills, expense claim forms, payment vouchers, etc.) in accordance with agreed contractual terms and internal company standards.
• Responsible for accuracy, completeness and timely recording and payment of vendor bills, staff expense claims, credit card charges, petty cash fund, tax, and other expense items.
• Reconciles bank statement with cash general ledger.
• Doing weekly cash flow and payment listing.
• Maintains creditor records with NetSuite, and deal with/resolve related queries and discrepancies.
• Investigates and resolves credits on vendor accounts.
• Maintains an accurate aging report and other related accounts payable reports.
• Responsible for tracking and resolving outstanding payment issues and generates weekly aging reports in a timely manner.
• Internally liaison with relevant business departments.
• Assists in monthly closing, manual filing, and backups maintenance.
• Supports management in the identification, development and implementation of workflow or process improvements.
• Participates in special projects or activities, as necessary to accomplish finance team’s objectives.
