  • We handle accounts with an active settlement/agreement
  • Verifying the agreed settlement/agreement with the US creditors before setting up and making payments in the account.
  • Complete Verification of Client’s details - Full Name, Date of Birth, Home Address and SSN
  • Providing escrow checking account in making payments.

  • We handle accounts that have payments greater than or equal to 6 calendar days past the scheduled remittance date, and status is marked as “In-Transit” or “In-Delivery” within CFT.
  • We set up and make payments thru check by phone, check by mail, online and email payments.
  • We negotiate to reinstate settlements and payment plans in the clients’ accounts once terminated/voided but if the creditor won’t allow, we opt to renegotiate the accounts.
  • We send POA and signed stipulations to our US Creditors though email when needed. If there is no signed stipulation on file we request to send it to their email/mailing address.
  • We cancel settlements/agreements once depending on the status of the account.
  • Once accounts are paid off/settled, we ask for satisfaction letter and upload it in the account.
  • If accounts can no longer be worked by our team, we escalate them to our onshore for further assistance in the account.
  • When payments are made by our client using their own bank, we modify the settlement/arrangement by adjusting the offer and canceling/stopping payments made by the client in order to keep the account current and up-to-date.
