- Company Overview: (Joint Venture of Alfamart Indonesia and SM Food Retail Group)
- As head of the Construction Department, specifically regarding the execution of various projects since store number "7" on Sept 2024
- Had successfully managed the design, bidding and award process that led to opening of over 2,100+ stores to date and counting
- In addition to our retail projects, as backbone support our commercial logistics distribution
- Had also completed several ALFMART Distribution Center (DC) warehouse complexes, including: Marilao, Bulacan, Mexico, Pampanga, Silang, Cavite and Sariaya, Quezon
- On 2018, I had the privileged of leading the technical discussion with Alfamart, that culminated in the creation of a Memorandum of Agreement (MOU), 1st in the retail industry, for the Meralco Energization project
- This initiative had significantly streamlined the processes for application, energization and restoration, resulting to marked a reduction in standard lead times
- Additionally, our collaboration with various Power Provider or Cooperatives outside the Meralco Franchise, particularly in the Pangasinan Province to the North and Quezon Province in the South
- As we continue our expansion efforts, we also focus on obtaining the necessary standard permit which may includes: Building and Occupancy Permits, Fire Safety Inspection Certificate (FSIC) by BFP, Certificate of Electrical Inspection (CEI), Environmental Clearance (as maybe applicable): ECC, CNC, Discharge Permit, Protected Area Management Bureau (PAMB) for those within Vulcanic area, Laguna Lake Development Authority
- Strengthening relations with Local Government Units (LGU)
