MEDICAL-SURGICAL WARD (1 year and 2 Months)

• Managing care for patients with a wide range of medical and surgical conditions.

• Performing comprehensive physical assessments and ongoing monitoring.

• Developing and updating nursing care plans.

• Providing wound care and dressing changes.

• Administering oral, intravenous (IV), intramuscular, and subcutaneous medications.

• Monitoring for medication effectiveness and adverse reactions.

• Managing IV therapy, including fluid and electrolyte replacement.

• Monitoring patients after surgery for complications such as bleeding, infection, or respiratory distress.

• Managing pain and promoting recovery.

INTESIVE CARE UNIT (April, 2026 until present)

• Provide comprehensive critical care to critically ill adult patients in the Intensive Care Unit.

• Perform detailed patient assessments and continuous monitoring of vital signs, hemodynamic status, and neurological function.

• Manage mechanically ventilated patients, including airway care, ventilator monitoring and suctioning.

• Administer and titrate high-alert medications, including vasopressor, sedatives, analgesics, and inotropic agents according to physician orders and protocols.

• Monitor and manage patients with sepsis, respiratory failure, cardiac conditions, multi-organ dysfunction, and post-operative complications.

• Operate and monitor specialized equipment such as cardiac monitors.
