SAP FICO Support for South East Asia

Responsibilities:

• Handles additional new company code creation of different countries in SEA. These includes testing, data migration and post go live support.
• Handles company reorganization like separating business areas or changing profit centres. These includes testing, data migration and post go live support
• Introduced and implemented the asset counting program with the use of barcode and PDA to all SEA subsidiaries, these includes on-site training for all of them.
• Involved in the implementation of Samsung Shared Services (BPO outsourcing) in Malaysia and India, these includes handing over the process from subsidiary users to BPO users, conducting training to all BPO users and post go live support.
• Conduct onsite training for all SEA subsidiaries if there are new system enhancements or new processes.
• Handles daily support for Samsung Electronics Corporation operations for South East Asia (15 company codes) for FICO module, BI, MM, SD and CONCUR integration
• Month end closing support for SEA subsidiaries.
• Handles subsidiary users request for authorization and workflow.
• Some administrative tasks like interviewing of candidates during hiring, conducting training for new hired member of the team and preparation of our team’s weekly report.
