Project Name  : Devyce Mobile App

A VoIP-based mobile application designed to provide users with a second phone number for professional or international communication. The app offers features such as call routing, voicemail, call history, and messaging, allowing seamless use without the need for a second physical device. I was involved in testing the app’s core functionalities across Android and iOS platforms, ensuring call clarity, message delivery, and overall app stability.


Project Name:  Magento (Dyson)

A quality assurance initiative focused on testing Dyson's eCommerce platform and mobile experience to ensure seamless customer interaction with product pages, checkout, and support features. Responsibilities included functional and regression testing across multiple devices and browsers, identifying UI/UX issues, and validating integrations with third-party services such as payment gateways and live chat. The goal was to enhance site performance and ensure a smooth user journey for Dyson customers.


Project Name: Database Migration to SQL Managed Instance (SQL MI)

A migration project focused on transitioning on-premises SQL Server databases to Azure SQL Managed Instance (SQL MI) to improve scalability, security, and manageability. Key tasks included schema and data validation, compatibility checks, testing stored procedures and triggers, and ensuring minimal downtime during the cutover. The project aimed to modernize infrastructure while maintaining data integrity and system performance.


Project Name: Billing System

The system handled call/data charges, plan subscriptions, discounts, and tax calculations. Responsibilities included testing end-to-end billing cycles, validating rate configurations, ensuring accurate invoice generation, and verifying system integration with CRM and payment gateways.
