INDIVIDUAL PERMITS (BUILDING PERMIT, OCCUPANCY, TAX DECLARATION)

• Coordinates effectively with engineers, LGUs,
  DSHUD, Registry of Deeds, and various groups
  regarding project development and compliance
• Ensures permit and license compliance are
  submitted and released for project operations
• Prepares monthly status report of projects and
  maintains complete records of documents
• Manages client accounts and assists in customer
  related concerns
• Conducted site inspections to ensure project
  development and completion
• Allocate work to contractors and oversee project
  status
• Manages and oversees project completion and
  compliance
• Prepares letters, memorandums, and affidavits to
  and from regulatory groups
• Ensures payment of Real Property Taxes
• Developed and implemented new filing systems to improve organizational efficiency and productivity.
• Ordered new equipment and inventory and scheduled repairs for damaged equipment.
