Coordinates with Provincial/ Municipal/ Veterinarian for conducting inventory, animal and farmer profiling , artificial insemination ,massive pregnancy diagnosis,estrus synchronization and other animal health services/ veterinary health mission;

Recruits and capacitate new dairy farmers and milk suppliers;

Facilitates collection and encoding of farmer milk production records, technological adaption, income and expenses;

Facilitates the establishment of field -based forage nurseries and plantation among farmers;

Coordinates, facilitates monitors and evaluates the conduct of Farmer Livestock School / CaraAralan;

Facilitates animal movement and regular recording;

Facilitates regular meeting farmers meeting;

Provides input the preparation of monthly and yearly progress and financial reports;

Performance other task as assign

Conducted enumeration activities to targeted farmers, farm workers and fisher folk ( assigned LGU);

Assisted enrollees in proper filling-out of RSBSA form and check attachment of required documents;

Coordinated with concerned RSBSA validator regarding the submission of registered RSBSA form;

Prepared report of submitted RSBSA forms form LGU ( assigned LGU);

Submitted ( Generated report) registered RSBSA form form LGU ( assigned LGU) to the regional office validation;

Coordinated with MAO / Barangay Officials / Municipal / Barangay agricultural and fishery councils, concerned agencies and offices with regard to the enrollment of RSBSA farmers;

Performed other tasks that were required by RTD for operation/ RSBSA in- charge.
