1. Ensures equipment operate safely, reliably and efficiently.

• Implement predictive or preventative maintenance schedule
• Leads Break Down Analysis for critical and recurring equipment failures to identify root cause and implement corrective actions and prevent maintenance.
• Coordinate with Planner Engineer for the enrollment and creation of preventive maintenance

2. Identify, analyze and drive improvements project

• Propose improvement project of equipment in operational, reliability, safety, and cost-effectiveness
• Collaborate and support with the project team during the design, planning and execution of the improvement project
• Lead commissioning of the improvement project
• Monitor and analyze completed improvement project

3. Propose and Budget Monitoring

• Propose annual budget by identifying next year operational and maintenance activity
• Monitoring actual and planned expenditures to ensures annual spending within annual budget

4. Data Analysis and Reporting

• Provide weekly, monthly and quarterly data analysis for water and energy consumption
• Provide monthly data of waste water treatment facility (influent and effluent data)

5. Technical Support Services and Contractor Management

• Facilitate pre bidding ( provide pre bid docs) with purchasing personnel
• Evaluate vendor proposals from a cost-technical perspective and recommend the best value.
• Evaluation of Contractor Services Performance

1. Creation of Project Proposal

• One pager project proposal with project background, basic design, investment cost, return of investment calculation & etc
• Alignment and approval of project with the stake holder

2. Provide technical expertise throughout all phases of the project

• Finalized Detailed Design of Project
• Development and alignment of final of drawing, URS (User Requirements Specification), FDS (Functional Design Specification) & etc - Finalize Investment Cost and CAPEX budget approval
• Project Planning & Scheduling - Developing detailed project plans, timelines
• Quality Check, Commissioning & Evaluation

4. Turnover of project to Area owner

• Training of operators
• Preventive Maintenance & Enrollment of material
• Securing mandatory documents

5. Lead project governance

• Monitoring of project KPI (Safety, Quality, Budget, project progress & milestones)

6. Maintain project documents

• Technical Documents such as drawings, specification & etc
