  • Automated using Excel macro on a production website to save as offline HTML file then windows scheduler run in every 30min automatically.
  • On this approach excel file will automatically open start of the day for business to gather required information and consolidate with current data on google sheet and closed by itself by end of the day.
  • The Google Sheets data is directly connected to Power BI for real time data.

  • All the Zendesk with Zendesk Analytics, custom reports were created with required KPI for business.
