· Responsible for the implementation of Firm policies, rules and regulations.
· Responsible to keep track of all Government and Legal Documents such as Business Permits, Licenses, Compliance and Insurances.
· File and Remit BIR Tax Compliance Monthly, Quarterly and Annually.
· Administer HR Function such as hiring, orienting new employees monitoring employees’ activities that will ensure the soundness of the working environment.
· Maintain and Update employees’ information or 201 files.
· Negotiate and Review contract of office rentals and suppliers.
· Manage office supplies, facilities, utilities and equipment.
· Draft, Update and Monitor Clients’ Contracts.
· Maintain mutual beneficial relationship with clients.
· Arrange schedule of meetings with clients.
· Arrange flight and hotel accommodation of Lawyers appearing outside Metro Manila.
Financial Duties and Responsibilities
· Check, Verify and Monitor office expenses.
· Verify Clients’ Statements of Account.
· Record, Monitor and Follow-up payments from Clients.
· Handle Associates and Staff Advances and Commissions.
· Handle and Monitor Firm’s Bank Accounts and Transactions.
· Handle employees’ payroll, compensation and benefits.
· Manage Firm’s Cash Flow.
· Manage and Monitor Firm’s Monthly Financial Position.
· Communicate to clients about their query on tour packages.
· Book and arrange itineraries, accommodations and tours. Research possible tourist destination can propose to market.
