Summary

As the head of the IT Operations and infrastructure services group, Jayvon is in charge of Petnet Inc.'s (Aboitiz Group) information and technology division. Prior to joining Petnet, he worked on several projects pertaining to IT Service Management, Business Continuity, IT Project Management, IT Incident, Change, and Problem Management. As the head of the Communication Server and Infrastructure Team for Asia Pacific at a multinational technology consulting firm, he managed over 40 engineers that supported 18 locations around the Philippines, including those in Korea and Indonesia. He has worked for multinational corporations specializing in IT operations and infrastructure services for more than 20 years. Has accomplished a number of project initiatives in compliance with international regulations and the ITIL, ISO 9001, ISO 27001, and ISO 22301 standards.
