Being an Emergency Room Physician in charge as Triage Officer, it is my job to triage and prioritize the patients seen at the ER who need emergency medical attention or care first, especially those who are sick, injured, or disaster survivors. At the same time as being a Referral Officer, it is also my job to prioritize and facilitate the transfer of patients from the referring hospital, usually coming from district and primary hospitals, to our provincial hospital, which needs tertiary levels of care.

Being an Internal Medicine Physician, it is my job to manage patients with compassion and quality care seen in the Emergency Room, to monitor and manage meticulously those critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit, to manage and follow up with patients in the ward and private rooms, and to monitor and manage patients at the Hemodialysis Unit of the hospital.

• Being an Internal Medicine Physician for seven months at this hospital, my job is to manage patients with compassion and quality care seen in the Emergency Room, manage meticulously those critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit, manage and follow up with patients in the ward and private rooms, and to monitor and manage patients in the Hemodialysis Unit.

The three years of residency training as a medical resident physician have molded me into a competent, knowledgeable, caring, dedicated, and compassionate internal medicine physician, during which I was exposed to many patients with different types of diseases, and I was able to manage each patient accordingly with quality care and compassion seen and handled in the emergency room, outpatient department, ward, private rooms, hemodialysis unit, and intensive care unit of our hospital.
