-Take overall technical responsibility for the Philippines, covering both pre-sales and post-sales activities.

-Ensure all partners are trained and upskilled with the latest advancement in Variable Speed Drives (VSD) of Nidec drives.

-Travel to customer site to inspect VSD units, including task such as commissioning and troubleshooting .

-Oversee warranty return unit, managing both in warranty and out of warranty claims, and verify the assessment process.

-Deliver presentations to customers and consultants and participate in joint visits to ensure accurate product recommendations.

-Advocate for proper prescription if Nidec Drives by consultants, focusing on HVAC, Water, Heavy industry, and Refrigeration segment.

-Ensure the proper installation of MCC systems for customers, including the design of large floor standing drives, verify the wiring connections, and sizing of breakers and fuses comply with standards outlined in the end user guide.

• Responsible to provide professional service to customer and technical support/training to service partners, which include technical site analysis to resolve customer issues and to perform field service duties on full range of industrial plant/system product and solutions transformers, LVSG, MVSG, Low & medium voltage power and motor control centers, low medium voltage variable frequency drives VFD’S, multi-function protection relays.
• Supervise service tasks installation and commissioning of frequency inverters, VFD’s and/or any peripheral equipment, identifying technical problems, making analysis through remote or on-site activity in different service categories (installation and commissioning, routine maintenance, extensions, replacements etc.)
• Implementing digital services (remote connection, condition monitoring, etc.), direct and oversee electrical engineering projects at construction sites, resolving issues and insuring that work is completed according to specifications.
• Liaise with Customer Service and Organize the FAT to ensure the smooth process and no delay in shipment the tender requirement in documentation, Training & Development for the transformers, LVSG, MVSG, Low & medium voltage power and motor control centers, low medium voltage variable frequency drives VFD’s.
• Carrying out planned preventive maintenance or corrective maintenance consisting of solving and rectifying faults in the variable frequency inverters and/or any peripheral equipment, ensuring that all new machinery and equipment are fitted properly and function at optimum capacity to meet the client’s needs.
• Work with customers, contractors, service partners, and other member of a team, sales partners, and technical support to resolve escalated problem on the site.
• Supervise start-up / commissioning, preventive maintenance and corrective / unscheduled maintenance on all Fuji Electric equipment’s.
• Conduct warranty training, and test for all Fuji Electric LV inverter, giving technical advice or training with regard to maintenance and operation of frequency inverters and Troubleshooting equipment failure and making recommendations to avoid repeating the problem in the future, and Create warranty report and coordinate with the factory.
• Creating and maintaining strong relationships with customers, appreciating their needs and providing specialist assistance and solutions.
• Coordinating and executing specialist projects through planning, meeting milestones and regular reviews.
• Perform MV motor online partial discharge onsite.
• Participate and Lead in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals. Cooperate with other team members to share and increase the level of service excellence.
• Ensure proper documentation of all required information.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies, practices and procedures.

• Perform and record maintenance, repair and overhaul activities in the designated area responsibility as an Electrical maintenance.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of all Electrical Equipment in the East West Pipe Line plant and Pipeline Station area such as Motor Operated Valve (MOV’s), Main line pump’s, UPS, Battery charger, Battery bank, Low Voltage & Medium Voltage switchgear, motor control system and Generators tasks in the designated area as per schedule and program, reports results to the supervisor and records all findings on the PM sheets & logbook.
• Apply and read schematic diagram, electrical wiring diagram, single line diagram, circuit diagram and piping & instrument diagram (P&ID) of Saudi Aramco East West Pipeline Plant.
• Fill out maintenance checklist such as PM data sheet and ensure that all work permits applications are properly filled out and addressed.
• Ensure maintenance and repair activities that are carried out in accordance with the electrical work instructions and working procedures of Saudi Aramco Standard.
• Inspect all electrical equipment in the designated plant area, perform diagnose failures and problems of the each Electrical Equipment, arrange and schedule for maintenance and repair activities.
• Ensure the safe working procedures as per Saudi Aramco Standard and practices are undertaken in all activities.
• Maintain all Electrical tools and equipment used for preventive and corrective maintenance activities and returns it orderly once job is completed.
• Identify spare parts, drawings thru Saudi Aramco system (iPlant) and manuals required for conducting preventive and corrective maintenance of all Electrical equipment in the plant and Pipeline Station Area such as Motor Operated Valve (MOV), UPS, Battery Charger, Battery Bank, Low Voltage & Medium Voltage Switch Gear & Motor Control Center and Generators.
• Prepare and submit daily reports of maintenance job accomplished, results obtained and materials expended, and conducts weekly safety meeting as per Saudi Aramco Safety Management System.
• After performing work scoop in the job site Ensures good housekeeping practices, including jobsite clean-up of all units.

• Perform a Predictive, Preventive and Corrective Maintenance on the Motor Control Centre Panel, Low voltage & Medium Voltage Motor, Switchgear and Control Loops.
• Do walk-by & anomaly hunting in Electrical equipment such as, Low Voltage & Medium Voltage Switchgear & Motor, Transformer, UPS, Battery System & Motor Control Centre.

• Adept in the use of electrical test equipment like Megger tester, clamp meter, multi-tester, Motor Circuit Analyzer, Power Quality Analyzer, TIC Tracer, ground resistance tester, thermal imager and interpretation of test using power & circuit diagram.
• Measure data for diagnostics and preventive maintenance.
• Repair all major & minor electrical components.
• Execute test and assessment of electrical equipment such as Vacuum Circuit Breaker, Magnetic Contactors, Control Relay, Low Voltage & Medium Voltage Motor.

• Handle modification and improvement of control circuits and/or control loops as per plant request and update all related plant drawings to reflect the actual changes (Management of Change).
