Position Objective:
Responsible for providing recruiting, staffing and other sales-related functions.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Client Relations:
▪ Develop strong business relationships with Clients
▪ Review and assess Client Job Orders
▪ Communicate potential list of candidates to Client/Facility Account Managers and/or Staffing Contacts / Submit
qualified Candidates to Clients
▪ Coordinate Candidate Interview
▪ Confirm Client acceptance of Candidates
▪ Coordinate Candidate Assignment details with Clients
▪ Coordinate/Confirm the following with Account Managers and/or Facility Staffing Contacts:
o Start and End Dates
o First Day Instructions
o Assignment extensions
Recruitment:
Manage candidate flow throughout the recruitment process
▪ Sourcing
o Review and assess Client Job Order
o Utilize skills, developed talents, available tools and experience to identify best qualified candidates to fill Client requisitions
o Utilize various sourcing techniques including but not limited to cold calling, job board utilization, recruitment
calls, referrals, and social networking
o Assist with prospective walk-in candidates and on the phone
▪ Screening
o Pre-screen and interview qualified candidates based on job orders and applications received
o Review Candidates’ application/resumes and verify all the information included in the application/resumes
o Check Candidates’ references to ensure stated work experience and skills’ authenticity
o Verify license/certificate
o Complete pre-selection screening processes and document all relevant information in the ATS as needed
▪ Placing
o Create Candidate submission profiles in company ATS for review/submission
o Negotiate pay rates with Candidates
o Prepare and/or Schedule Candidates for interviews, scheduling interviews
o Confirm Client acceptance of Candidates
o Work with the Credentialing Department and HR in completing the Placement Process
o Schedule and confirm Candidates’ assignments with Candidates
o Coordinate/Confirm the following with Candidates:
‒ Start and End Dates
‒ First Day Instructions
‒ Assignment extensions
Candidate Pool Management
▪ Work with Department in:
o Developing sourcing strategies and plans
o Effective candidate search campaigns
o Building and maintaining a pool of candidates/talent pipeline
▪ Source passive & active Candidates
▪ Regularly contact potential Candidates to maintain relationships and update database information
Record-keeping
▪ Document all information and communication with Clients, Candidates/HPs, on-site contact persons, and
other recruiting activities in company ATS
▪ Ensure accurate and complete record-keeping in company ATS. Update as necessary
Other Duties
▪ Represent the company in the most professional manner, perform tasks based on the mission and vision of
the company, and maintain a friendly working environment
▪ Provide outstanding customer service to Clients, Candidates/Healthcare Professionals (HPs) and associate vendors
▪ Adhere to the company policies as described in the Employee Handbook and follow best practices and standard
operating procedures.
▪ Be an encouraging force and rally Team to energize and foster a positive culture and environment
▪ Perform Other Duties as Necessary for Successful Recruitment
· Assisting customers with their accoumt information, technical and billing issues, changing payment methods, passwords and online appeals.
