As a first timer for this job position I consider all works that I needed to learn and accept the positive huge challenge to explore sales expertise. I read the required skills in this position and I have to develop and work on. I already know all responsibilities of a sales associates in selling area aside from doing good merchandising and display I must possess the best customer satisfaction services. I internalized my understanding on what to do and how to exceed my work performance. I am so grateful that the company give me the chance to work with and help me explore my capabilities and potential in sales.
