During my stay in SITEL , I got multiple certifications and awards such as being a TOP AGENT by hitting 100% NPS every month. I was able to complete a lot training such as Fraud Transactions Specialist, Fraud Identity Specialist, Bridge Plan Program and Dispute Transaction Specialist. I was recognized as well as Ambassador of Excellence for being a consistent top performer.


In TELUS International Philippines, I am also recognized as one of the top performer on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis by going beyond the set expectation. I always get merit increase every year aside from monthly incentive for passing the metrics. I completed Copper and Fibre Technology Training , became a hybrid agent since I can handle multiple types of technology without transferring the call to other department. I was able to complete as well the IAspire online courses for career growth, also part of SME K Prime , a group of individuals designed to help and support new hires to achieve and pass there training. And I'm proud to say that during my last months of stay with TELUS, I was able to leave a remarkable performance by becoming a TOP AGENT for Quarter 3 and Quarter 4 performance.
