• Ensured timely deployment of CROSS Futures for PH operations, transitioning to a cloud-based scheduling workbench. Trained and encouraged user adoption for continuous improvement of the new system.

• Developed and implemented a robust scheduling strategy, incorporating new Outsourced Service Providers (OSPs) such as the Subic Terminal Facility and refreshed vendor managed inventory strategy with the shift from refinery to Import operations in Tabangao.

• Reduced left on board of Marine customers by 55% through implementation of marine dedicated trucks and additional benefit of $72K per annum potential increase in volume served for Commercial bunker fuel customers.
