Quality Inspection and Monitoring

* Conduct in-process and final inspections on materials, products and structures used in advertising, manufacturing and construction.

* Ensure all outputs meet quality standard, technical specifications and design requirements.

* Collaborate with senior process analyst on setting standards, review and quality concerns.

* Participate in internal audits, clients inspections and quality reviews.

Production Planning and Schedule

* Develop and adjust daily or weekly production schedules based on orders.

* Coordinate with design/drafting teams for drawings and cut lists.

* Monitor progress to avoid production delays.

* Monitored and tracked progress of all production tasks for on-time delivery.

* Coordinate project schedule and timelines to ensure timely completion of project phases.

* Coordinate the movement of raw materials and finished goods.
