  • As the interim project manager for the IT team, I make sure that the team delivers quality output on the specified deadline. All team schedules are created and documented and can be found in Confluence. Risks are also managed by making sure that the team does not overcommit.
  • As the interim scrum master, I schedule and facilitate all scrum ceremonies (daily scrum meetings, planning, retrospective, planning, and product demo) and make sure all members of the team are present and have the necessary tools to participate. Moreover, if any team member has any impediments, I make sure that it is resolved as soon as possible. All sprints are also handled by me - starting, ending and modifying the duration.
