Volleyball

I have been involved in volleyball since elementary school, playing as an Open or Wing Spiker through high school. In college, I was encouraged to transition to a middle blocker role due to my impressive jumping ability, despite my shorter height. In addition to being an active member of my school team, I have also joined an external volleyball team and competed in various leagues. Even now, I make time for the sport whenever I need to relieve stress, stay active, and maintain a healthy work-life balance, using it as part of my cardio exercise routine.
