Client Relations & Operations

• Process Revamp: Main contributor in the 2024-2025 overhaul of the Client Activation and Onboarding process, resulting in a more streamlined, scalable experience for new partners.
• Successful Onboarding: Personally managed the end-to-end onboarding of two major clients, ensuring flawless execution of initial project phases and long-term relationship stability.
• Documentation & Reporting: Automated manual reporting into real-time dashboards for product health; maintain exhaustive decision logs and project documentation via GitHub.
