Responsible as Dealer Coordinator to all Dealers (Parts) transactions and to ensure daily target achievement of parts sales.
Serves as window person to dealers and address concern of dealers in relation to Parts Business.
Aids the team by preparing daily sales data to determine achievement of parts sales.
Coordinates with other sections (e.g FAS, BD) in the monitoring of dealer performance.
Proposes activities to improve system and open up new business opportunities for the company.
Performs the daily management activities to ensure the daily achievement of sales target by providing the following:
Provides daily sales and back-order reports to assigned dealers.
Provides monthly reports on EO/SO per dealer, Service Ratio and Dealer Stock Months.
Ensures that all Parts communications are properly disseminated to assigned dealers.
Provides the Parts Dashboard and Yamataka, Service Ratio, Back Order Update, and Parts Wholesale Update to concerned associates.
Coordinates with Field After Sales counterpart when necessary to verify Dealer performance.
Studies, reviews, and analyzes parts sales trend/movement of assigned dealers and recommend necessary countermeasure to improve dealer performance.
Promotes new products, promotions, and programs to Parts Dealers.
Conceptualizes and assists in finding ways to enhance and increase Parts Sales.
Reports Parts Sales Update during morning meeting assembly and including Dealers performance.
Process Dealer Purchase Order thru SAP_ERP.
Order Processing → Process Dealers Delivery Receipt / Sales Invoice.
Prepares analysis of monthly PDCA (Target vs Actual) of the KPI and prepare countermeasure or next activity.
