● Check the coordinates, azimuth, tilt and antenna height of the sites inside the cluster and the neighbor sites.

● Identify the coverage with poor RF condition and high traffic cell causing low throughput in the area and check the cause of degradation, congestion and provide recommendation.

● Recommend physical adjustment to optimize the whole cluster such as Azimuth, Mechanical tilt and Electrical tilt to solve the area with poor RF condition.

● Support the rigger for the physical adjustments and Make sure all recommended physical adjustment is properly implemented to make sure improved coverage area.

● Manage Drive test Engineer and Provide drive test route for the initial and post drive test.
