- Operate Raw Materials and Purification, Polyethylene Reactor and Extrusion through DCS – Honeywell Experion PKS.
- Ensure safe plant operation, maintain product quality and production target through routine monitoring and control of all process parameters.
- Ensure that the target production rate as per Production plan is attained within the shift, utilizing Product Rate Maximization (PRM) or considering plant constraints.
- Gather production data and interpret these data to detect early signs of abnormality.
- Monitoring of alarms and coordinating with field personnel to conduct proper checking and verification.
- Managed crisis situations calmly under pressure, collaborating with team members to resolve problems quickly while minimizing potential impacts on operations.
- Perform safe start up and shutdown of the plant in the control room through DCS operation during normal and emergency situations utilizing established and approved procedures and in close coordination with the Shift Supervisor and Field Operator.
- Coordinate with the Field Operator compliance of non-routine activities with working permit conditions and safety requirements in the process area all throughout the duration of activities.
