● Assists in defining and setting financial targets for the Branch Banking Sector (Home Loan, Car Loan, Credit Card Count, Operating Expenses and Capital Expenditure).
● Monitors the sector’s performance on Operating Expenses, CAPEX, Non-Interest Income and Traditional Deposits.
● Updates and monitors the performance scorecards of Branch Heads and Branch Sales Officers.
● Presents CASA Performance of branches and other reports at BBS Executive Committee Meetings as required.
● Assists Region Head, Area Heads, Branch Heads, and Sales Officers with requests regarding their financial performance and other queries.
● Updates Customer Relationship Management (CRM) reports.
● Work with other units for the extraction and validation of customer information and transaction details.
● Updates transaction mapping (debits and credits per channel/ product).
● Organize and convert raw data into relevant information in support of management’s objectives.
● Prepares Grow Accounts Monitoring Report of Branch Sales Officers.
● Coordinates with the Data Warehouse for the automation of reports
● Updates and validates monthly reports which measure performance of branches.
● Computation of Annual Branch Awards winners.
● Budget Preparation for branches.
● Assists the department in the preparation of daily monitoring reports on Peso CASA and other deposits.
● Updates monthly and semi-annual reports on deposits.
