*Assisting customers from the United Kingdom with their banking concerns such as bill payments, balance
transfer requests, lost or stolen card cancellation and replacement, and lending queries such as personal loans,
mortgages, and credit cards.
*Assisting with charges and interest queries, disputes, and transferring to tier 2 when needed.
*Offering suitable products to customer’s needs while ensuring that superior customer service is provided.
