> Responsible for the maintenance ofelectrical and control equipment
by conducting preventive and corrective maintenance activities to
ensure continuous operation. The position is also responsible for
conducting system improvement for better protection and
convenience in operation.

> Conducts preventive and corrective maintenance activities on all
electrical and instrumentation equipments including Operational
Technologies (OT) not limited to Supervisory Control and Data

Acquisition (SCADA) and Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) as
directed by the E&I Supervisor in accordance with the Maintenance
program.

> Conducts condition-based monitoring programs as specified in
Work Instructions and input them in the Computerized Maintenance
Management System (CMMS) which may not be limited to Maximo.

> Conducts routine inspection of auxiliary and other electrical
equipment on a regular interval.

> Ensures all measuring and test instruments are calibrated.

> Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on LV and MV
electrical systems.

> Maintains emergency power source, e.g. battery pack, back-up
generator, to provide emergency X lighting system for the plant
in cases of interruptions.

> Ensures fire detection and alarm system are functional

> Ensures critical and rotable spare parts are identified and available
at any given time.

> Executes the proper implementation of PTW in according to the
Safety policy.

all issues.
> Maintain quality of all products and prepare appropriate
budgets and
reports to be submitted to management and ensure optimal level of
profitability for plant.
> Supervise efficient operations of all plant equipment’s to
achieve all plant
objectives.
> Maintain compliance to all local, state and Federal regulations
for all
human resource activities.
> Prepare efficient plans for purchase of all manufacturing
materials and
manage inventory.
> Assist to operate all SAP computer system and ensure
adherence to all
customer requirements and maintain efficient relationships with all
customers and monitor all plant activities.
> Supervise working of all panel departments and provide
appropriate
training to all employees to ensure optimal level of performance and
provide all hiring assistance.

> Maintain optimal quality of all products and recommend
improvements to
production process for the same and prioritize all schedules.

> Manage inventory of all plant supplies and ensure accuracy in
same
according to required policies and procedures and manage all
communication for safety standards.

> Perform regular inspection on all machinery and maintain
compliance to all regulations such as OSHA.
