• Delivers fragile and important documents , cakes, frozen foods, items in a box and others
• Standard location is Metro Manila, Bulacan and Cavite

· Counter the Invoices to different categories of clients, foods, farms and feeds.

· Monitor the accounts receivable with terms, collect check payments on or before due dates.

· Conduct a credit Investigation of clients applying for a term of purchase, 30 days or more, secure court clearances, bank credit standing, certified true copy of a collateral document.

· Conduct a suitcase in barangay on behalf of the company against delinquent clients.

· Do the ocular visit of company properties, mostly acquired, levy from the delinquency of client’s payments.

· Report the map location, trace back of ownership, verify the current zonal and market valuation.

· Visit and ocular farms of company’s contract grower partners.

Assignment in North Luzon Philippines-Bulacan to Ilocos

· Gather the list of requirements from the first party and second party.

· Secure the Certified true copy of Title, and Tax declaration from its corresponding institution. Assessors’ office and Registry of Deeds. Certified both parties’ requirements such as Tax Identification Number.

· Secure the Bureau of Internal Revenues forms: DST form, CGT or WT form, notarized deed of sale and make payments at BIR and at the City or Municipal Treasurer, and proceed the process of transfer.

Responsible for the proofread of the released eCAR and TCT/CCT versus the submitted deed of sale prior the delivery and releasing it to the new owner

· Handle the Field Cash Collection in a certain area.

· Accountable in the daily cash collection report & deposit in the company’s bank account.

· Responsible in the credit Investigation of small business and Individual clients, within the assigned and designated area.
