Summary

A BPO Operation / Global Business Services / Shared Services professional with over a decade and a half of experience in large and multinational organizations. I hold Certified Management Accountant (CMA) and Certified Public Accountant (CPA) credentials and a bachelor's degree in accountancy. I am pursuing graduate studies in Business Administration at Tarlac State University, a leading higher learning institution in Central Luzon.

I worked with BHP Shared Services, based in Manila, Philippines, was a member of BHP GBS Integrated Operation, a cross-functional enabler for service delivery lines, COEs, and service providers. In the past 2 years, as GBS Report-to-Analyze (R2A) principal functional integrity, I led and was responsible for the end-to-end governance of the universal risk and control owned by GBS in R2A.

During this time, I successfully rolled out and implemented field leadership activities.

(a) Positive Assurance Program (PAP) and recommended enhancement of GBS R2A-owned process controls particularly those related to SOX.

(b) Layered Audit for Critical Controls, to ensure critical control performance standard is met through the Control Effectiveness Test (CET) according to its Control Design.

(c) Planned Task Confirmation (PTC), to ensure process and the control is up to date.

Prior to this, I had served BHP Finance Functional Integrity and was responsible as Global Process Owner (GPO) for Employee Expense Management (EEM), Payments, and Master Data.

Prior to my time with BHP, I was with WNS and Accenture for 12 years combined where I served multiple roles as a contributor and as a lead for R2A processes like Month End Closing activities · Asset accounting · Intercompany · GL Reconciliation · GR/IR · Cash and Treasury · BW reporting in several multinational industries like in the field of Pharmaceutical, Supply Chain & Logistics, Food tech manufacturer and electronic retail based in different region like Asia together with Australia and Middle East, Europe and Americas. To deliver intended business outcomes.
