Job Responsibilities:

• Develops relevant supply chain strategy to delight customers at the lowest possible cost.
• Leads the supply chain team in executing standard procedures and measuring performance through agreed upon Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Manages and aligns global supply chain activities to improve customer satisfaction by using effective strategies, optimizing resources, and focusing on profitability and performance indicators.
• Plans and oversees the sourcing and purchasing of materials and supplies to keep up with changing product demand.
• Works with plant, warehouse, and logistics departments to determine and set up intercompany transfers.
• Collaborates with the sales team to find the most affordable way to deliver finished goods to customers.
• Collaborates with procurement department to determine best practice for freight in and freight consolidation.
• Member of the operations staff, responsible to routinely report on department KPIs along with appropriate analysis and countermeasures where necessary.

• Supervises the flow of goods, resources, and information required by the supply chain to ensure that critical processes run effectively and achieve organizational goals, performance KPIs, and customer satisfaction.
• Oversees team and coordinates with procurement, production, warehouse, distribution, logistics, and customer service to optimize the supply chain.
• Responds to escalations of bottlenecks or problem areas and proposes solutions.

• Analyze past sales patterns, market trends, and seasonality to forecast future product demand.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to assess the impact of promotions on demand.
• Work with supply chain and operations to align forecasts with production and inventory strategies.
