- Assist in the annual and quarterly inventory counts (product quantity and UTD check) including subsequent reconciliation, review post reports. Coordinate cycle and on-the-spots (OTS) products count and reconciliation of actual inventory vs. system records.
- Coordinates with operations for execution of policies related to stock accuracy, physical inventory movement related to stocks adjustment (SA), disposal (PDER), purchase returns (PR), and transfer ticket (TT).
- Assist in regularly reviewing accuracy in product movement related to warehouse transfer, OSND, and PDER, outside of daily operation (receiving-replenishment-picking-dispatch) activities to ensure pre-determined stocks level.
- Ensure that all non-conforming products (damaged/expired) are segregated, and disposed properly (dumped /return to supplier). Coordinates and follows-up disposition to function concerned.
- Conducts daily Cycle Count and Location Integrity Audit based on schedule.
- Generates and submit virtual location to Operations for clean-up to maintain up-to-date stocks and inventory records.
- Provide reports for items that are below ⅓ shelf life (UTD Alert).
- Perform stocks adjustment based on request of other department.
- Daily sending of system inventory comparison and reconciliation for outside/overflow warehouse.
- Timely updating of Contingency Rotation/Withdrawal/Deposit and sending of daily reports to planners.
