• Led the development & implementation of TA strategy in the APAC region, managing employee life cycle, driving employer branding efforts, integrating the newly acquired BARD entity with the RPO, and managing Workday implementation and aftercare change exercise across APAC.

Successfully led the talent acquisition function across the Southeast Asia region, managing the migration of the human resource information system, partnering with the executive management team across APAC for talent management practices, and reducing agency spend and time to fill.

• Supported regional HR transformation initiative by driving key talent projects across the region to standardize processes, introduce efficiencies in the talent workflow and drive change.
