Hannah Mae P. Handumon

I worked as a production specialist for an airline account. My task is to serve customers with their concerns and complaints, including flight cancellations, bookings, and rebookings. I gained lots of skills through this work. I extend my patience and remain calm, especially with frustrated customers. It helped me hone my critical thinking skills by thinking outside the box and having a sense of urgency in providing appropriate resolutions to their concerns.

• Clarified customer issues and determined root cause of problems to resolve product or service complaints.

I worked as a production crew member at Monde Nissin Corporation. I was assigned to the Noodles section as a sorter and a packer. Sometimes I relieve tasks from my co-workers, such as manually inputting expiration dates in every pack and making sure that every pack contains the condiments. I am part of the team that produces excellent-quality products from production to supermarkets. These are some of my other tasks during my stay in Monde Nissin Corporation.
