• Responsible for securing the fleet of agency and IC Delivery Partners (DPs), both for current and future requirements.
• To work closely with Hub Leads (HL) and the respective agencies with regards to various concerns with DPs.
• Together with his/her reports coordinates with the Hub Lead to ensure that payout computations are provided to FINOPS on time.
• Ensure that area fleet team are achieving their targets, in sourcing and on-boarding of DPs.
• Work with the agencies in securing agency Delivery Partners (DPs).
• Follow-up enrollment of new DPs in FMS, while at the same time removal of DPs FMS account once they have left SPX.
• Provide prescribed regular reports to his superiors, As well as other non regular reports that may be required.
• Analyze sourcing and on-boarding performance of fleet team in his area. At the same time provide recommendations to address issues or suggest new ideas that help the fleet be more effective in delivering its targets.
• Coaches, mentors, and monitors the performance of the members of the department
• Performs other tasks that may be assigned by the management from time to time.

· Oversees and manage cargo dispatching and route planning.

· Oversees and ensures that packages are delivered and or picked-up on time; furthermore, investigate, identify, and understand root causes of delivery failures with the goal of improvement.

· Ensure all documents pertaining to logistics operations are accurate.

· Ensure all riders cash remittance are reported accurately and deposited on time.

· Handle all administrative work and PCF reimbursement monitoring.

· Ensure timely completion of payroll in reverse billing.

· Prepare and submit daily, weekly and monthly performance reports

· Process billing of trucking and agency partners.

· Report and resolve all hub issues, incidents and conflicts (e.g. misrouting, package loss, etc.).

· Ensure training and onboarding of newly hired riders and dispatchers.

· Organize hub workflow and ensure all employees understand their duties and delegated tasks.

· Balance tasks delegated to team members to ensure they can function efficiently and effectively.

· Monitor hub repairs and maintenance.

· Ensure proper handling of packages such that they are transferred to ultimate customer in good condition.

· And all other tasks and responsibilities that may be deemed necessary by management.

· Acquiring new accounts by setting of presentations and probing the needs of target account.

· Developing new business from existing clients.

· Manage and solve the conflicts with client

· Manage and supervise the accounts payable and accounts receivable.

· Establish budgets with the client and company

· Monitor the daily reports to client.

· Achieving sales targets

· Attending client meetings
